1) Connect your device to USB port.

2) Go to Device Manager in Control Panel. Your computer should detect the device with a question mark or exclamation mark under
    Other devices. Right click the device and choose Property. You will see the message: The drivers for this device are not
    installed (Code 28).

3) Click Update Driver and select - Browse my computer for driver software.

4) Click - Let me pick from a list of device drivers from my computer.

5) Select - Universal Serial Bus Controllers then click Next. Select the Manufacturer and Model that match your device. In my case,
    I choose Sony Corporation and Model - Sony DSC. Then click Next. Do not click Have Disk.

6) You will get a warning message. Ignore the message by clicking Yes.

7) Go back to Device manager. Your device should appear under Universal serial bus controller at the bottom.
